We absolutely love creating your canvases. We know that every original image
sent to us has special meaning to you and your family. We are honored to play a
small part in celebrating these special moments and treat every canvas like it’s
our most important.
Have a digital camera or scanned photo? It’s fast and easy to upload your
photo to Canvas On Demand. Click the “order your canvas” button and we’ll walk
you through the upload process. Your finished canvas will ship within 4-5
business days from the time the image is uploaded.
Starting from a traditional print? We can work directly from your favorite
snapshot. Click the “order your canvas” button when prompted, select
“traditional print”, in a few days you’ll receive a custom, prepaid photo
mailer. Simply insert your photo as directed and drop it in the mail. Your
finished canvas will ship in 4-5 business days from the time we receive the
photo.
Cropping
We will artistically crop your image so it works with the proportions of the
canvas size you’ve selected. Sometimes the image you send us just won’t work in
the finished size you selected. If that’s the case we’ll call you with an
alternative solution. If you choose, we can crop and reproduce only a portion of
your photo. Please give us an accurate description of the intended cropping in
the comments section of the order form.
PhotoRealistic™ Style
Starting with your original photo or digital picture, our artists manipulate the
image to enhance color and to bring out certain nuances. We clean up minor dust
and scratches and optimize for rendering onto canvas.
Light BrushStroke™ Style
We follow the same process as photorealistic, then, using a specialized tablet
and stylus we add brushstrokes by hand to give the look and feel of a
traditional painting. It’s difficult to really see the quality on a website, all
we can tell you is that our customers are thrilled with the products they
receive.
Hope is the dream of a waking man.
